This course addresses the essential features of affirmative action requirements for federal contractors. Topics in this course include discrimination laws, responsibilities of a federal contractor, and the equal opportunity clause. After completing this course, learners will be able to recognize Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs) and their role in aiding compliance with these anti-discrimination laws.
