This task includes instructions for
creating departments, locations and organizational units if you want to
organize your trainees by location, job title, etc.

Click the
Trainees tab.
The Trainees and
Departments screen displays.
- Click
View Hierarchy.

Click
Create
Department/Location.

On the Create Department/Location
screen, provide the following information, where applicable.

Details: name, code (must be
unique), parent (where the newly created unit should be placed under in the
hierarchy), and description

Phone

Click
Create to
create the department/location.
