New Required E-mail Address Field on the OSHA Mailing Address Screen

An e-mail address is now required for all trainees created under a business account who complete OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour courses. OSHA requires that all trainees who complete an OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour course be assigned a Follow-Up impact survey and must be notified about the survey through e-mail. E-mail addresses are currently required for individual accounts.

Administrators must enter a trainee's e-mail address when assigning an OSHA training course. Use the OSHA Card Mailing Address link to enter the e-mail address.

Trainees can update their email addresses after completing the training which will automatically be marked as both personal and primary.
