The On Demand online help system displays in your default browser window. Most commands that are familiar to you from your browser work similarly in the help system.
Learn How Online Help Is Organized
The On Demand online help consists of the following sections:
- The On Demand section introduces the On Demand product, online help system, and provides a glimpse into what's new in the most recent version we have released.
- The Learning the Basics of On Demand section includes step-by-step instructions for the first few tasks you need to performs when you start using On Demand.
- The Understanding the Home Tab section includes instructions on how to use the user's dashboard, which includes information specific to the user who is logged in.
- The Understanding the Store Tab section includes information about the directory of training titles available for purchase.
- The Understanding the Reports Tab sections includes instructions on how to run, view, or export reports based on selectable parameters.

| Contents | This displays a list of topics in a table of contents view. The list is sorted alphabetically. |
| Index | Find topics by scrolling through the alphabetized list of keywords. Click on a word or phrase to open that topic. |
| Search |
Find topics containing a keyword. Type the word in the Search field and press Enter or click Search. Click a topic in the list to view it in the adjacent frame. Note: The search is limited to a single
word. It is not case sensitive.

Moves you through the help topics in the order on the table of contents. Note: Use the browser's Back and Forward
buttons to move through pages you have visited as opposed to topics based on
the table of contents.
